Santa Cruz Probation Internship Program

Work in the adult division, juvenile division, or the juvenile hall to gain practical experience in the criminal justice field working with other probation staff, partnering agencies, and clients.

You must be 18 years old, be able to pass a background check, and finger printing is required.

Currently our internship program is full and we are not processing applicants at this time. There will potentially be openings for the summer or fall of 2020 but presently an orientation date has not been determined.

Attending an intern orientation will be your starting point in the application process and it is required for you to attend. Please be prepared to bring a copy of your driver's license or other form of identification and a current resume. If you would like to attend the orientation you will need to pre-register by emailing . You will be able to formerly apply for an intern position at the orientation after the presentation. All intern positions are considered to be voluntary opportunities and are unpaid positions.
