The County is aiming to make facilities more efficient and to enhance the delivery of County services to the Public. Redevelopment of campuses may also provide opportunities to increase housing choice. The campus master plans will also address regional transportation issues by locating County services close to identified service delivery points. A thorough analysis of the County's existing facility costs and lease obligations will identify opportunities to maximize the County's financial resources.
