The CCISDA Innovation Awards are held each year to recognize County Information Technology (IT) leaders for their vision, excellence in IT management, and for their contribution to county government and their communities. The Visionary Award is presented to Mr. Nguyen because of his vision of government made more accessible, more efficient, more open and more accountable through the use of technology.
