By June 2023, the Agricultural Commissioner will have 20% of its clients using the debit/credit payment option, which will increase payment flexibility and convenience.

Work with the vendor Point & Pay regarding the ability to translate the credit card fillable fields to Spanish. Once available, outreach to clients about the opportunity to pay online using credit or debit. Determine average number of payments received in 2020 and 2019 to set a baseline, and create plan to reach 20% online payment goal. Examine the data every six months to assess use of credit/debit options and the need for continued outreach about this service.
