County COAD

Amended to extend timeline by 6 months.
By June 2023, OR3 will support development of a County COAD (Communities Organizations Assisting in Disaster) and continue support of Long Term Recovery Group (LTRG) to address disaster preparedness for all County residents with a focus on at risk communities.
