How to Register as a Vendor
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the County of Santa Cruz. We believe in doing business locally and encourage local vendors to participate in providing goods and services needed for County operations.
Does your company provide goods and/or services that the County needs? If so, it is likely the County of Santa Cruz has competitive business opportunities available to you and your company, so please make sure to register as a vendor today! Once registered, you will automatically be placed on our vendor list and we will contact you with invitations for bids when they become available!
If you have not yet registered as a vendor, please take a few minutes to fill out and return the Vendor Application Form. It will be used to enter your company in the County's Vendor database for the goods and services you provide. If you have already registered, but would like to provide an updated W-9, please do so by using the web form below and either send a hard copy by mail or digitally through email.
Please be advised, vendors registered with the County are responsible for keeping their contact information current. Vendors: please email updated addresses, phone numbers and email addresses to GSDSupportingDocs@santacruzcounty.us
