Paying Your Taxes By Mail. If paying by mail be sure to have a postmark on the envelope of no later than the last day to pay. Write your parcel number on your check and include your payment coupon if available. Make checks payable to County Tax Collector and mail to: County Tax Collector P.O. Box 1817 Santa Cruz, CA 95061-1817 Online. You may pay your property taxes online by E-Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card.
